Don’t take our word for it. Hear what other professional development specialists are saying about the Leading & Developing High Performance accreditation.

“I really enjoyed the course and think it is a terrific product. I tried hard to achieve that type of approach when working at Sainsburys, but only by trial and error, through experience etc I went on plenty of Leadership courses and programmes, but none of them summed it up and packaged as effectively as you have.”
Mick Lightfoot, The Colour Works

“The L&DHP material is quite simply the most effective and well rounded program an organisation can adopt – the approach offers the insight into utilising a critical balance of expert knowledge and human understanding, quality diagnostic tools and techniques to make the skill of Leading and Developing High Performance more attainable and understood.”
Lisa Pierson Moving You Forward

“I wanted to thank you very much for a great two days this week. Your style is calm and relaxing which made me very comfortable and at ease allowing for some very useful discussions. It was certainly evident that you know your stuff as we went through the programme. I obviously think the course content is spot on; I firmly believe this will enhance my offerings in Leadership and Management. I would wholeheartedly recommend this programme!”
Suzanne Shaw, Ascent Development

“This is an excellent programme. We updated our knowledge on leadership skills and have a complete programme we can sell to clients that fits totally with our current philosophies. We are already using the material with a number of clients, in response to a range of leadership development needs. So far the reaction has been very good and we know we will be able to use this programme in so many situations. Ali was an excellent facilitator and we learned as much from watching her approach as we did from the sessions. This is well worth the investment.”
Helena Sharpstone and Caryn Skinner, Directors, Sharpstone Skinner

“I first came across Derek’s programme whilst working with an organisation who were so enthused and converted by his process that it made me want to go out and be part of it. Having become accredited through Ali Stewart I feel like I’ve got a completely new lease of life as a Management / Training Consultant. Between them, they have given me structure, meaning and a much needed process that has left me inspired, enthused and able to deliver management training that really does have a lasting effect. Best training I’ve ever embarked on. Thanks.”

  2. Aidan Duff says:

I have worked in a civil engineering environment (Low Challenge, Low Support) during the complacent 1970′s. I then worked for a multinational Computer company (High Challenge, Low Support) during the ‘Thatcherite’ 1980/90′s. I wondered if it was ‘just me’ when my heart did not sing and I found myself longing for ‘retirement’ even in my 30′s and 40′s. In 2001 I joined Lance Secretan’s Higher Ground community and learned about Spirit and Values in the workplace. This led me into the world of Coaching, Facilitation and Writing. Then my heart truly began to sing and I experienced that wonderful sense of fulfilment that every soul at work should be allowed to achieve. So when I attended Ali’s L&DHP programme in 2009, and saw how wonderfully Derek Biddle had encapsulated all that I had begun to understand, experientially, in my various workplaces, I knew that Ali had discovered an absolute belter of a programme. If you are thinking about attending, you are a step away from making a life-changing decision. Just go for it! You’ll know you made the right decision the moment you walk into the room for Day one of the programme.
